Go to www.cineasterna.se, select your library from the menu, click on "Log in" and then "Forgot password?". Enter your email address, and you will receive an email with your username and password.
If you have forgotten the PIN code for your library card, you will need to contact your local library for assistance. We at Cineasterna do not have access to the library's data system and cannot see the PIN code associated with your library card.
